“Silk Piece” is a partial wig made from natural fibers designed for people with thinning hair or alopecia. By generously using carefully selected natural silk for the base fabric, it is so thin and lightweight that you’ll forget you’re even wearing it.

“Silk Piece®” is made from silk fabric produced in Japan.
In standard silk fabric, sericin is removed through processing to create its luster and unique texture; however, the silk used in Silk Piece is unprocessed, so it retains two proteins that are similar to those found in human skin. This makes it a gentle material for the skin.
Made from carefully selected silk fibers, this fabric is thin and lightweight, fitting snugly on your head and providing such a comfortable fit that you’ll forget you’re even wearing it.

The main difference between silk and synthetic fibers is comfort.Synthetic fibers have the advantages of being easy to care for and inexpensive, but they can also cause the scalp to feel stuffy or become painful when rubbed.
On the other hand, silk is said to feel similar to human skin. It has far superior moisture-absorbing and water-absorbing properties, as well as excellent breathability that allows heat to escape, so it is gentle on the scalp even in summer or when worn for long periods of time, making it safe for those with sensitive skin to use.

Silk Piece is not simply a fabric made from silk; we create our own unique base fabric using weaving techniques that make it half as light as standard fabrics and maintain its strength while providing the right amount of body, resulting in a fabric so light you’ll forget you’re even wearing it.
A Natural-Looking Hairline
The hairline area uses a recycled mesh that is softer and finer-textured than standard lace.
Since the hair is dyed to match human skin tones, it blends more naturally with your skin, and you can adjust the volume to your preferred level.
We developed Recycle Mesh as a new, 100% recycled material made in Japan.
Furthermore, our dedicated artisans meticulously hand-plant each hair onto lifelike synthetic skin, carefully calculating factors such as “hair growth patterns,” “hair flow,” and “hair density.”
Corporate Initiatives
For those struggling with hair loss—including those with alopecia or undergoing treatment—we have developed functional wigs that allow wearers to comfortably go about their daily lives as usual, even when worn for long periods. We were also among the first to focus on environmental issues, creating medical wigs made from organic cotton and partial wigs made from natural silk fibers.
