Q. How can I come to Japan for a fitting experience?
A. You can request an appointment through our reservation form.

Q. Where does ５Star use organic cotton?
A. We use “organic cotton” throughout the entire base (the back of the wig), which is in direct contact with the skin.
One Step in Japan was the first in the industry to make a wig with an organic cotton base. In pursuit of softness against the skin, we are developing medical wigs with the same softness and comfort as human skin. It is an unprecedented product with five features that everyone who uses it will find comfortable.
Q. Is it fixed to the head without using adhesives?
A. 5Star uses a special film called “Techno Adjuster®” that reacts to body temperature to provide a comfortable tightening sensation.
It is a revolutionary wig that fits snugly to the head without the use of adhesives, so it does not easily slip out of place.
Q. Can I choose colors?
A. You can choose from 8 colors and limited colors.
While most ready-made wigs are dyed and colored at the factory, One Step wigs come in from virgin hair with cuticles left intact, without any dyeing process. After receiving your order, our staff carefully colors the hair in our stores. To preserve the quality of the hair, we start the coating process the day before to moisturize the hair and provide slow, external moisturizing. This reduces damage to the hair even after coloring, and reduces the progression of dryness and fading.
Q. What is extra virgin hair (high-grade human hair)?
A. One Step handles only Chinese hair, and among the Chinese hair, we carefully select healthy human hair that has never been dyed and is of a higher rank.
We only wash and sterilize the hair, and do not treat it with chemicals.
The cuticle that protects the hair is left in place, so the hair has luster, elasticity, and a good feel to the touch.
Gradation coloring is also available!
